The My Requests module gives you the capability to display the logged in users personal requests on a customer portal. This is a great way of tailoring the content to the user, and providing them with fast answers.  

To add a My Requests module to a Service Desk:

  1. Click to edit the Service Desk page. 
  2. Click to add a module and choose My Requests
  3. Set the parameters to your liking and save. Save the Service Desk page. 



Parameters are options that you can set to control the content or format of the macro output.

Show or remove the title name for each column in the my request view

Show filter barfalseToggle the filter bar, enabling or disabling filtering request similar to the My request view accessible from the user profile.
