The My Requests module gives you the capability to display the logged in users personal requests on a customer portal. This is a great way of tailoring the content to the user, and providing them with fast answers.
To add a My Requests module to a Service Desk:
- Click to edit the Service Desk page.
- Click to add a module and choose My Requests.
- Set the parameters to your liking and save. Save the Service Desk page.
