Introducing Sites and Category Structure
With the new release of RefinedTheme for Jira Service Desk 2.0 we are introducing sites and categories. Improve your Jira Service Desk structure and navigation by organizing service desks into categories and/or into sites. The result is an extended organization hierarchy and improved self service by directing the user to the most relevant service desk and useful information.
Show the right content to the right users. You can can set view permissions on sites and categories.
You can now edit the content in the RefinedTheme for Jira Service Desk footer. This can be edited on a site level.
Improved Navigation Modules
This version ships with updates to the Navigation Modules.
We also introduce a new module: Navigation Image whereby the navigation icon can be an image uploaded or from the web.
- Cap the number of Knowledge Base articles fetched when using the Search Highlight module with custom settings.
