Using the Favourite pages macro

To add the Favourite Pages macro to a page

  1. In the Confluence editor, choose Insert > Other Macros.
  2. Find and select the Favourite Pages macro

To add the Favourite Pages macro to a site or category home

We recommend using the My Work Module with the tab Favourites for site and category homes.

  1.  Edit the Site or Category home using the edit pen in the top left corner.
  2. Add the Confluence Content Module, then add the macro to the page.

Leverage the power of Layout placeholders

The parameters of the Favourite Pages macro works great with Layout Placeholders if the macro is placed on a site or category home, or a space layout.

Deprecated macro, discontinued from RefinedTheme for Confluence 4.2.19

Atlassian improved your workflow in Confluence 5.9. With the Confluence 5.9 support added in RefinedTheme version 4.2.19, we introduced a new macro My Work, replacing Favourite Pages on Confluence versions 5.9 or newer.

Parameters are options that you can set to control the content or format of the macro output. Where the parameter name used in Confluence storage format or wikimarkup is different to the label used in the macro browser, it will be listed below in brackets (example).
