The Navigation Icon module shows an image and a text in a clickable area and is mainly used to let users navigate to different areas.

Edit the home where you want to place the module in the top right corner of the home.

To edit a site home you need to be a Confluence administrator.

To edit a category home you need to be a Confluence administrator or a category administrator.

In an area, click to Add module.

Click Navigation Icon.

Make configurations to the setup, as you wish to display content.

With Navigation Icon you can choose to show an image of your choice, or one of the bundled icons. To show an icon, change Image Type to Icon, pick an icon and change the color to match your site.

Save.

On the module you wish to edit, click Edit.

If you have made settings before, you can also click on the setting showing in the module editor for easy access.

Make the changes you want.

Save.


The Navigation Icon is a simple way of creating a navigation tool taking the user to another place on your site. Adding a URL will make the entire area become clickable. Use either an image or an icon as your illustration, and set the size you want.
