Deprecated macro, discontinued from RefinedTheme for Confluence 4.2.19

Atlassian decided to remove status updates in Confluence 5.9. Thus this macro is available in RefinedTheme version 4.2.18 and versions prior, for all Confluence versions. It's only available in version 4.2.19 and up, provided that a Confluence version lower than 5.9 is running.
